Manufacturing Control Department
When glass vials or ampoules are received at our manufacturing control department, they are assessed for size, appearance, and resistance to strain. The results of this inspection should agree with your specifications and our internal standards. We discard containers that don’t conform.
Fully automated System
In a highly clean environment and using a fully automated system, your containers are washed in purified water using a combination of repeated immersion in an ultrasound bath and exposure to shower jets. Washing and draining procedures are performed in controlled conditions.
Your containers then undergo silicone coating, external rinsing, leveling, and glazing.
We inspect the appearance and water-repellent quality of each container.
Finished products are packaged and labeled, and stored in our warehouse.
Before we deliver your products, we make a final inspection for consistency of size, appearance, snap break force and water repellence.
