Packaging Inspection, Assembly & Kitting

We offer an outsourcing service for packaging assembly, kitting and inspection to reduce the labor costs and time associated with the performance of non-essential tasks.

Working carefully with each client, we procure, inspect and assemble packaging components including:

  • Plastic caps
  • Gaskets
  • Spuits (droppers)
  • Rubber stoppers.

We specialize in small-batch pharmaceutical product assembly service requests requiring a high degree of quality and attention to detail. We regularly perform complex tasks while assembling medical kits and packaging components including;

  • Sub-dividing of a large-volume desiccant pack
  • Inspection and sorting of plastic and glass containers
  • Inspecting accessory items, e.g. oral dispensers

Inspection and assembly is performed in a highly-clean environment (clean standard equivalent to ISO 6/7) by the highly skilled, internally-certified operators at our manufacturing site in Shiga, Japan.

For clients wishing to include a quality inspection, we offer Cleaning Processing and Visual Inspection services. We also offer an optimal packaging specification, for example, shrink packaging and double wrapping, as well as our medical kitting services.
